Who we are
Expat Care+ provides international health insurance comparisons and personal support. For privacy questions, contact hello@expatcareplus.com.
What we collect and why
We use your residence, nationality, covered ages and deductible choice to retrieve quotes. Your name, email, optional phone number, shortlist and contact preferences help us save your comparison and respond to your enquiry. We keep private follow-up notes and reminders to manage that response. Required fields are marked.
The forms do not subscribe you to marketing or activate insurance. Please do not submit medical records, identity documents or payment details.
Service providers
We use hosting, storage, quote-pricing and communication providers to deliver this service. Coverage details go to an external pricing provider; your name, email and phone number are not included in pricing requests. Providers may process technical request data and handle information outside your country.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before providing personal information. This does not affect your rights concerning information handled by Expat Care+.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries, saved quotes and related notes to manage your request and ongoing relationship with us. These records do not expire automatically. You can contact us to request deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. Quote-access tokens expire within 24 hours; saved quotes do not extend price validity. Email, WhatsApp and downloaded copies follow their own storage arrangements.
Your choices
Email us to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw contact permission, or raise a concern. Include your quote reference if available. We may need to verify your request. Withdrawal does not undo earlier processing. Other rights, including complaints to a data protection authority, depend on applicable law.
